An Evolutionary atheists statement of faith, and first verse of their book.

We believe that all things were created by nothing.

1. In the beginning all things were created by nothing, and by nothing, all things were created. 2. And the nothing formed nothing into living creatures and trees and oceans brimming with life. 3. And the nothing was worshiped and given a name, a name by which all men might know it. This nothing, umm whatever it was, like umm some energy force or something?   4.  And the name it was given was Evolution, and men beheld it’s glory, this nothing called Evolution.  5. And men bowed down to  “Evolution” and worshiped it, for out of it they were created, and from it, all diversity of life was formed. And they saw that it was good, and was worthy to be praised.

The sad reality is that this is exactly what evolutionary atheists believe. Though they themselves deny that it is a faith, it most certainly requires great faith to behold this creed.

2000 years ago the apostle Paul wrote of the futility that would abound in our day, in the book of Romans chapter 1.  God has indeed handed men of this generation of to futile thinking, because they suppress the truth in unrighteousness. Professing to be wise, they became as fools.

Rom 1:18 For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress the truth in unrighteousness,Rom 1:19 because what may be known of God is manifest in them, for God has shown it to them.Rom 1:20 For since the creation of the world His invisible attributes are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even His eternal power and Godhead, so that they are without excuse,Rom 1:21 because, although they knew God, they did not glorify Him as God, nor were thankful, but became futile in their thoughts, and their foolish hearts were darkened. Rom 1:22 Professing to be wise, they became fools, Rom 1:23 and changed the glory of the incorruptible God into an image made like corruptible man–and birds and four-footed animals and creeping things. “aka Evolution”

This is perhaps one of the best presented prophetic messages I have seen or heard of late, concerning Mystery Babylon. The producers of this 4 part video ought to be commended for presenting a message that will both terrify, and comfort. Based upon a powerful prophecy received by Steven Crowder in the heartland of America in 1998, regarding the dark future of America if the people do not repent (including Christians)

Please, Please, if you live in a prosperous western nation and consider yourself to be  Christian, please listen to this message with an open and humble heart.

What do the following people have in common? Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Michael Dell, Larry Page, George Soros.

Of course, these are some of the more familiar names, of a handful of people who grace the Forbes Magazine top billionaires list, on a regular basis.

Forbes top billionaires list 2009 makes for some interesting reading. Most interestingly, of the top 50 names on this list, 27 reside in the United States.

If you include nations that are of a Christian foundation, nations which we would consider to be “westernized”,  with similar foundational values, then that number increases to 41, out of the 50.  Nations like the UK, France, Germany, Switzerland.

These western nations still comprise the vast majority of those people who, from a biblical perspective are “the great merchants of the earth” Revelation 18:23

Sadly however the days of this kingdom are numbered. Not from my reckoning, but from the Apostle Johns’ reckoning, who declared in Revelation 18:8

Therefore her plagues will come in one day–death and mourning and famine. And she will be utterly burned with fire, for strong [is] the Lord God who judges [fn] her.

Why will this kingdom, Mystery Babylon, be judged so harshly?

There are several reasons but the one issue which seems to be prevalent above others is that she corrupts the nations of the earth with the same values that she herself held.

Values of materialism, of self sufficiency, of selfishness, of success being equated with wealth. Values of sensuality, of idolatry,  of all of those values which afflict a culture whose god is mammon.

And she wielded such influence by the very fact that her merchants were indeed “the great men of the earth”. And accordingly their associated business and media empires held tremendous influence over all of the nations of the earth. Men like Bill Gates, Warren Buffett, Richard Branson.

Sadly however these merchants did not realize the fearful reality, for although they had waxed rich through their empires, according to God they were trading the souls of men. Selling them to the devil for profit. Rev18:13

Perhaps these men by your measure Christian, seem generous with their giving to many causes, their philanthropy, their works of self righteousness, however this will hold no sway in the day that they stand before a Holy God and are asked to respond to the question as to what they did with the souls of men.

“Lord, we sold them for personal gain. We influenced them with our values,  that we might wax rich with wealth and power”

There will be weeping an gnashing of teeth…….

Mat 16:26 For what profit is it to a man if he gains the whole world, and loses his own soul? Or what will a man give in exchange for his soul?
Mat 16:27 For the Son of Man will come in the glory of His Father with His angels, and then He will reward each according to his works.

I thought I’d take a few minutes today to have a listen to a sermon from one of Americas most popular preachers, who leads one of Americas most attended churches, just to see what is being preached these days.

It was an interesting sermon, I suppose to many a very encouraging and very uplifting message.  I can see why he would have such a following as a preacher.

However that being said, I got the impression that the Grace of God was being abused and turned into something I imagine it was not meant for. We are supposing that God is well pleased with all of the carnal desires of our heart and we are also supposing that He is well pleased to respond to these desires.

The undertone of the message being humanistic, human centred, appeals to the carnal man. It placed value on materialism and what God will do for you to improve your life, in worldly terms.  The message spoke of how God is working for you so that you can achieve all of those desires and dreams you have, just believe, just have faith. Who wouldn’t want a God like this!

Sadly it seems to me that people are no longer able to discern what is going on here. I suspect that we are blinded to this state of affairs, as a result of our lukewarm condition. We are abusing His grace, we are supposing that we are god, and He has come, not to save us from our wretched state, but to serve us with everything our wretched hearts desire.

How tragically mistaken we are!

In the church that this preacher leads, god is on the throne. But it’s the wrong god. It’s a little “g” god, called man.

The scriptures confirm this event as being relevant to the end of days. For when men sit in the temple of God, supposing themselves to be God, the day of the Lord is at hand…

2 Thessalonians 2: 3 Let no one deceive you by any means; for that Day will not come unless the falling away comes first, and the man of sin is revealed, the son of perdition, 4 who opposes and exalts himself above all that is called God or that is worshiped, so that he sits as God in the temple of God, showing himself that he is God.
